Wild Things Truck & Car

From my husband...Very happy with this company, coming from a demanding customer- I have been in the service industry for over forty years (Retried) and admit to being pretty darn picky. The entire process from picking out a shell, and accessories with Cassie, to the final instillation by Dillion was a 10 out of 10. This is a family owned and run business, and it is apparent they have their game down pat!

Wild Things installed a SmartCap on my Toyota Tundra. The installation was improperly sealed, resulting in water intrusion into the truck bed. The roof panel was damaged during installation and later replaced under warranty through SmartCap. Communication was inconsistent, and I was left coordinating between the installer and the manufacturer to resolve an issue that originated from the installation. This vehicle is used for work, and the delays resulted in lost time. Buyer beware. I regret trusting this installation to a local shop.

Awesome shop! My camper shell arrived earlier than expected, and they were able to put it on right away. It's been on 2 weeks and so far so good!

The people working here are very knowledgeable. There were issues with the new bumper that was getting installed (the fabrication company not theirs) and they went out of the way to work with the company and get the solutions. Everyone working here is great, you can't go wrong with them.

Great experience. Dylan steered me off my original preference, and glad he did. Very knowledgeable team. Order came within the week. Cassie gave some great tips and assurances about the warranty. Install team was quick and thorough. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Good job.
